Yes, in order to make use of the platform a subscription is required. The base subscription grants access to the platform and will serve the needs of most users. Two additional modules are available, additional users and locations mainly required for larger organisations. The second will provide enhanced reporting and analytics to users. However, a user only pays transaction fees after the subscription fee has been exceeded.
